Spirit points
How points work
- +1 Dress up on a spirit day (submit a photo below)
- +25 Your grade wins the rally
- +12 Your grade takes second at the rally
- +12 Your grade wins an Olympia (3v3 hoops, soccer, chess…)
- ★ Teacher bonus, awarded by staff and added by Spirit
One dress-up submission per student per day, and duplicates are removed before points post. Photos are only seen by ASB Spirit & Tech and your advisor.

A monthly check-in form goes out on the 1st of every month and is due at the end of that month.

How clubs work
Starting a new club
- Find a teacher advisor who can be at every meeting.
- Get 10+ interested students. All 10 type their own names from their own accounts so signatures can be verified.
- Write a club constitution in a Google Doc (purpose, membership requirements and obligations, officer roles) and share it with the clubs account.
- Submit the new-club application form, then complete your club interview.
- If you pass, you get a confirmation email from fremontclubs@gmail.com.
Missed this round? A second application round opens in January.
Staying official
- Hold at least one meeting a month.
- Complete the monthly check-in: a photo of your meeting with 10 members and your advisor.
- Take part in at least 2 club events a year.
- Keep your club’s Google Drive folder updated.
Strikes
Strike 1 is a warning, strike 2 is a meeting with you and your advisor, and strike 3 means the club is disbanded. You can appeal a strike within the same school year.
